We appreciate that our telephones can be very busy. We need to alleviate some of the early morning demand to allow patients needing urgent appointments to get through on the telephones. In order to do this we ask for your help and request that you please ring for general enquiries, eg blood test results etc after 11.30am. Or use the NHS app
Should you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse but do not have an appointment, please contact our receptionist who will take your name and number. Your details will be passed on to the person concerned and they will contact you at their earliest convenience.
