If a patient is deemed housebound or too ill to leave home they may be visited at the doctor's discretion. Requests for home visits must be made by by ringing 01902 600900. Ring as near to 8.00am as possible for a visit
The receptionist will ask for some details which will help the doctor to assess your problem
Visits are shared between the doctors so it may not always be possible for you to be seen by the GP of your choice. If appropriate we may ask a team of nurses called Rapid Response Team to visit you.
Please do not ask for a home visit if you can come to the surgery
