Routine Appointments
Consultations at the surgery are by appointment only and may be made in advance.
You can book an appointment by:
Patients may see the doctor of their choice by appointment, though there may be a delay if you wish to see a specific doctor.
Patients requesting a same-day appointment for a problem that is considered urgent will be offered an appointment with the first available doctor.
If you arrive late for your appointment by 10 or more minutes, you may not be seen, and may need to re-book your appointment.
Same Day Urgent Appointments
Please call 01902 600900 at 8.00am if you require a urgent appointment. You will be offered an appointment with any GP or Clinician, this may include a advanced nurse practitioner or pharmacist if appropriate, the receptionist will ask a brief reason for the apt so we can put you with the most appropriate clinician.
When we are full capacity you may be directed to 111, extended access or urgent care centre.
We will address any issues of immediate medical urgency and book a routine appointment for any non-urgent or follow-up care.
Online Consultation Request
For patients aged 18 years and over. You can complete an online consultation form to request general advice, help for a specific condition, or an administrative request such as requesting a fit note. You can also access self-help information; access local services get pharmacy advice or get advice from their GP
Try the NHS App
You can now use the NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services and your GP account on your smartphone or tablet.
You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record, access your Covid vaccination status and more.
If you already use online access you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

Cancellations
Please let us know in good time if you are unable to keep your appointment so we can allocate it to another patient

Late for your appointment
Please attend for your appointment on time, if you are late you may not be able to be seen. If you are not seen you will be able to rebook.
Interpreter
If you require an interpreter, please notify the reception team who will be able to book this for you.
Text reminder service
Appointment reminders will be sent via the SMS reminder service, if you wish to opt out please let us know. Please remember to update your contact details with us when you change address, telephone numbers or email address.

When Can I get an Out Of Hours appointment?
- 6.30pm to 9.00pm Weekdays
- 9.00am to 5.00pm Weekends
You will only be seen if you have booked an appointment. You can book by calling 01922 501999. This service is run from Darlaston health centre. All details will be given at the time of booking.
This service is for patients who require a routine or same day GP appointment, but are unable to attend during normal opening hours. They are not a walk in service. You can book 7 days in advance.
Walsall and Wolverhampton urgent care centre and A&E departments will still be open as normal for people to use or life threatening emergencies.
Walsall Manor Urgent Care Centre
Manor Hospital, Moat Road, WS1 1UG, open 24 hours, 7 days a week. No appointment needed.
Pharmacy First
At your local chemist. Available to access self-care for minor ailments. Speak to your pharmacist for more information. The practice can refer you to a pharmacist for minor ailments.
